01. Relationship-Building
Working with a design-build team is an act of sacred trust, one that we take very seriously. We invite you to book a complimentary discovery call to connect with us, share your vision for your home, and see if we’re a good fit.
If so, we meet for a Consultation to dive into the specifics: project scope, your lifestyle, any style ideas, your desired investment, the process, and more. Following our meeting, you will receive an official Proposal to retain our services.
02. Design Exploration
Next, we begin the preliminary design concepts, blending your vision with our expertise in design and construction. Though these aren’t your final designs, this step lets us explore style options and ideas for custom functionality.
We present the concepts to you with floor plans, inspiring photos, and a preliminary budget, so we can hear your feedback and iterate if needed. This is how we keep your experience effortless and create a home 100% your own.
03. Planning Phase
With ideas approved, it’s time to plan the details. In this phase, we create your construction drawings (elevations, RCPs), select every design element for your project (finishes, fixtures, furnishings, etc.), collect product and labor estimates, and much more.
Above all, we ensure every piece of the puzzle is planned and approved before a sledgehammer is raised, an order is placed, or framing goes up — for your total peace of mind.
04. Project Phase
This phase is exactly what it sounds like: concierge-level execution of all design and construction. Our in-house team and network of trade specialists handle every detail, from ordering and quality inspection to expert construction and final installation.
Along the way, we keep you informed with weekly updates, invite you to join us for site visits at key milestones, and ensure that each phase feels effortless.
05. The Unveiling
We top off your finished spaces with the final details: art, decor, personal mementos, custom linens and dishware, luxury bath products — the works. Though every project “reveal” varies in execution, we always conduct a final walk-through with you and present your Home Binder.
Both the walk-through and binder serve to identify key features, products used, care instructions, and more. At this point, if there are remaining details for us to wrap up, we’ll do so quickly. Otherwise, the home is all yours!
